Quotes are estimates

Prices shown on this site and in your quote are estimates based on the information you provide. Your final payout is determined after we receive and inspect your items and confirm they meet our requirements.

Eligibility

Eligibility to sell any item depends on the product, its condition, packaging, expiration date, labeling, provenance, applicable federal and state laws, and our current purchasing policies. We may decline any item for any lawful reason.

Your representations

By shipping items to us you represent that you own them, that they were lawfully obtained, that they are unopened and factory sealed, that they have not been used, tampered with or improperly stored, and that you are legally permitted to sell them.

Shipping and risk

You are responsible for packing items securely and following the shipping instructions provided. Keep your tracking number. We cannot pay for shipments that are lost by the carrier or that never arrive.

Ineligible items

Items that are opened, expired, damaged or otherwise ineligible cannot be paid for and may be returned at your expense or disposed of in accordance with applicable law.

Payment

Payment is issued after your shipment is received, inspected and approved, using the payment method agreed with you. Payment timing may vary based on volume and the method selected.
