By submitting a request or sending supplies to Cash Now Strips, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

You confirm that you are the lawful owner of every item you send, or that the lawful owner has authorized you to sell the items on their behalf. Once Cash Now Strips purchases and pays for accepted supplies, ownership of those supplies is transferred to Cash Now Strips.

Products must be unopened, factory sealed, safely stored, and in acceptable condition. We do not accept boxes that are opened, stained, soiled, severely damaged, water-damaged, marked with ink or marker, or otherwise unsafe.

Boxes with minor cosmetic damage—such as small rips, light tears, scratches, dents, bumps, or slight crushing—may qualify for a reduced payment, which can be as low as half of the listed amount. Any product that presents a safety concern may be discarded.

Boxes with broken or missing seals, cut or disturbed seals, debris on a seal, missing contents, glued or reglued packaging, or any other sign of compromise are considered tampered with and will not be accepted.

If removing a prescription label tears the package, removes part of the box, or otherwise damages it, the final payment may be reduced.

Products must meet the minimum expiration requirements shown on the applicable product page. Items that fall below those requirements are not eligible for payment.

We purchase only products listed on the Cash Now Strips website. International boxes are not accepted. Recalled or discontinued products, and products subject to safety notices, may be declined or valued differently from the quoted amount.

Quotes remain valid for 14 days from the date issued and depend on the supplies arriving within that period. After 14 days, pricing may be revised because of changes in demand, availability, or market conditions.

Every quote is an estimate until the shipment is received and inspected. Product identity, quantity, condition, packaging, seals, and expiration dates are verified before a final payment is approved. The original quoted amount is not guaranteed until that review is complete.

Products and prices may change at any time without notice.

Cash Now Strips provides a prepaid USPS shipping label for eligible shipments. If you use another carrier or purchase postage yourself, we may reimburse up to $10 per package, based on quote size, for orders with a final approved value of at least $50.

You are responsible for packing items securely and following the shipping instructions provided. Keep your tracking number. Cash Now Strips cannot pay for a package that is lost in transit or never received.

If products do not meet these Terms & Conditions, Cash Now Strips will not pay the cost of returning them. Ineligible or unsafe products may be discarded or donated when legally permitted.

When products meet all requirements, Cash Now Strips will release payment within 24–48 hours after processing the package.

Packages received on Saturday or Sunday are processed beginning Monday. Payment is then released within 24–48 hours after processing, subject to final inspection and approval.
