1. Confirm your offer
Wait for the confirmation email with your quote number and approved item list. Only send the items listed on that email.
2. Pack your boxes
Use a sturdy shipping box. Keep retail boxes sealed and upright, and add crumpled paper or bubble wrap so nothing shifts. Do not use tape on the retail boxes themselves.
3. Include your quote number
Write your quote number on a slip of paper and place it inside the shipping box. This is the fastest way for us to match your shipment to your payment.
4. Ship it
Use the prepaid label or shipping instructions provided to you. Drop the package off with the carrier and keep your receipt.
5. Save your tracking number
Keep the tracking number until you receive payment. You can check your progress any time on the quote status page.

BEFORE YOU SHIP
- Make sure boxes are unopened and factory sealed.
- Check expiration dates.
- Make sure packaging is clean and undamaged.
- Only send products that have been approved or accepted.
- Follow the shipping instructions provided.
- Keep your tracking number.
Do not send expired, opened, damaged or otherwise ineligible products. Eligibility depends on the product, its condition, packaging, expiration date, labeling, provenance, applicable federal and state laws, and our current purchasing policies.
